24 Exposures
Synopsis:

Imagine you find a wallet of photographs that you took as a child. Each snapshot represents someone you no longer know, but meant something to you then. When you spread the photos out, your memories flood back and a broader picture, of a time in your life you've left behind, develops before you.

Delightful stuff, made me laugh out loud plenty, but the serious stuff got to me too, enjoyed it

Marchbold's cast of witty and woe-be-gone Geordie characters speak directly to us with great sass and humour. The various voices of these characters are so vivid, it seems as if one might be eavesdropping on them from the next room-- and that any minute one might have to bang on the wall and tell them to "keep it down" Marchbold's 'snapshots' are keenly observed, tough and tender, as well as very funny, and moving.
